I’m Karl Mackie, a photographer based in Cornwall, UK, capturing the untamed beauty of the natural world, from rugged coastlines to remote travel destinations. My work explores the interaction between light and the elements, whether through the gentle colours of a beach at sunrise or the vibrant hues and textures of landscapes shaped by time.

Open Edition Prints
These smaller, open-edition prints are an accessible way for anyone to bring a piece of the Cornish coast, or wherever my travels take me, into their home. Though not limited in number, they are produced using the same high-quality materials as my larger works, printed on textured 310 GSM Hahnemühle German paper. These prints are perfect for anyone looking to brighten up a space with a unique piece of art, whether it’s their living room, office, or bedroom.
Limited Edition Prints
For collectors or those looking for something truly special, I offer a selection of limited-edition large-format prints. Each image in this collection is restricted to just 25 editions, making it a rare and exclusive piece of art. These prints are meticulously crafted, signed, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. They are available framed or unframed, using only the finest materials such as UV glass and handmade frames from local Cornish artisans.
Each of these prints tells its own story, capturing a fleeting moment in nature that can never be replicated.
