PRINTS

ARE YOUR PRINTS LIMITED EDITION?
All photographic prints are limited edition but only 25 prints of the 60" x 40" size are made before they are discontinued.

ARE YOUR PRINTS SIGNED AND NUMBERED?
Each print is signed in the bottom right corner. Included with every print is a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity.

CAN YOU PRODUCE CUSTOM PRINT/FRAME SIZES?
If you've got a specific print size in mind that you don't see listed, please contact

ARE YOUR PRINTS A MATT OR GLOSSY FINISH?
All of the photographs are printed here in Cornwall on textured 310 GSM Hahnemühle German paper with a 1-inch border.

WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU USE?
Textured 310 GSM Hahnemühle German paper.

WHERE ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE?
Frames are available in black, white, natural wood, and oak. They are handmade in Cornwall with a sealed, dry mount back and a UV glass front making them moisture-resistant and gallery quality.

WHAT KIND OF GLASS DO YOU USE FOR FRAMED ARTWORK?
We use standard glass and UV glass.

WHEN WILL MY PRINT ORDER ARRIVE?
Artworks are custom printed to order and dispatched worldwide within 48 hours. Framed prints are dispatched within the UK only and are normally delivered within 2 weeks. You'll receive a tracking number from us as soon as your artwork is in the mail. All prints are shipped inside a protective tube or box. Large framed prints are shipped within the UK only by a dedicated artist courier to ensure safe delivery.

DO YOU DELIVER FRAMED ARTWORK?
Yes! Large framed prints are shipped within the UK only by a dedicated art courier included in the cost.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship prints all around the world.

MY PRINT HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED?
On the rare occasion that your print arrives damaged in any way. When this happens, please
notify us within 7 working days of receiving your artwork and we will do everything possible to make things right.

HELP! MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?
If you have not received your order. please
notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to track it down.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Each image is printed and/or framed just for you in the size and frame of your choice. This means we are unable to accept returns unless your artwork arrives damaged in any way.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?
All sales are final, we are unable to accept an exchange as all pieces are custom-made to order just for you.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
All cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase.
